۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 and you are watching at that time 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
