The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 Those are the verses of the clear Book. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 They will soon come to know the truth of that which they have been scoffing at. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
