The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Magnify the Name of thy Lord the Most High 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 And who brings out the pasture 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And who remembereth the name of his Lord, and then prayeth. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
Almighty God's Truth.
