The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful 1

All praise is due to God alone, the Sustainer of all the worlds, 2 the Merciful, the Most Merciful, 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid. 5 Guide us on the Straight Path. 6 The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, those whose (portion) is not wrath, and who go not astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
