Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 I swear by the Quran full of wisdom 2 You (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) are indeed one of the Noble Messengers. 3 pursuing a straight way 4 (This is) a Revelation sent down by the AllMighty, the Most Merciful, 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 (I swear) that most of them are doomed to be punished. They have no faith. 7 Surely We have put on their necks fetters up to the chin, so their heads are raised; 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Surely We give life to the dead, and We write down what they have sent before and their footprints, and We have recorded everything in a clear writing. 12
