Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 Hence, it has been unfailingly true of any community whom We have ever destroyed that they [were people who] would never turn back [from their sinful ways] 95 Until when the way is opened up for Gog and Magog and they press from every elevated place, 96 and the time for the fulfilment of the true promise of Allah draws near, whereupon the eyes of those who disbelieved will stare in fear, and they will say: "Woe to us, we were indeed heedless of this; nay, we were wrongdoers." 97 (They will be told): "Verily you and the gods you worshipped beside Allah are the fuel of Hell. All of you are bound to arrive there. 98 “Had these been Gods they would not go into hell; and they have to remain in it.” 99 There will only be groaning for them, and they will not hear any thing. 100 Surely (as for) those for whom the good has already gone forth from Us, they shall be kept far off from it; 101 they will not hear the slightest sound of it, and they shall forever abide in a state of bliss, among everything their souls longed for. 102 The greatest terror (on the Day of Resurrection) will not grieve them, and the angels will meet them, (with the greeting): "This is your Day which you were promised." 103 On that Day We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll of parchment. As We originated the first creation, so shall We repeat it. This is a promise binding on Us. Truly, We shall fulfill it. 104 Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to Moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth." 105 This Qur’an is sufficient for people who are devout. 106 And We have not sent thee except as a mercy unto the Worlds. 107 Say: "It has but been revealed unto me that your God is the One and Only God: will you, then, surrender yourselves unto Him?" 108 But if they turn back, say: I have given you warning in fairness and I do not know whether what you are threatened with is near or far; 109 "Verily, He knows all that is said openly, just as He [alone] knows all that you would conceal. 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge in truth. Our Lord is the Merciful whose help is ever to be sought against what you describe' 112
