۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
