And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 (Muhammad), say to them, "Tell me, if you know, to whom does the earth and its contents belong?" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 In fact We have sent the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Allah has not chosen any child, nor any other God along with Him – were it so, each God would have taken away its creation, and each one would certainly wish superiority over the other; Purity is to Allah above all the matters they fabricate. 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
