THUS, INDEED, did We bestow Our favour upon Moses and Aaron; 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Do you call upon Ba'l and leave the best of creators - 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
