In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Ha Mim 1 'Ayn, Seen, Qaf. 2 This is how Allah the Most Honourable, the All Knowing sends the divine revelation to you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) and to those before you. 3 His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth; He is the Most High, the All-Great. 4 The heavens nearly break apart above them as the angels exalt with the praise of their Lord and ask forgiveness for those on earth. Indeed Allah is the Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 5 And (as for) those who take guardians besides Him, Allah watches over them, and you have not charge over them. 6 And thus have We revealed to you an Arabic Quran, that you may warn the mother city and those around it, and that you may give warning of the day of gathering together wherein is no doubt; a party shall be in the garden and (another) party in the burning fire. 7 Had God so willed, He could have made all of them one community, but He admits into His mercy whom He wills; and the wrongdoers have neither protector, nor helper. 8 Did they, perchance, [think that they could] choose protectors other than Him? But God alone is the Protector [of all that exists,] since it is He alone who brings the dead to life, and He alone who has the power to will anything. 9
