Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 My Lord, then do not place me among the wrongdoing people." 94 Assuredly, We are able to show thee that We promise them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best-Acquainted with the things they utter. 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I take refuge in Thee from the evil suggestions of the Satans, 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 So when the Horn is blown, no relationship will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another. 101 Then he whose scales are heavy -- they are the prosperers, 102 And as for him whose good deeds are light, these are they who shall have lost their souls, abiding in hell 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 (We shall say): 'Were My verses not recited to you, and did you not belie them' 105 They will say: "O Lord, our misery overwhelmed us, so we remained a people astray. 106 O our Lord! Take us out of it; then if we return (to evil) surely we shall be unjust. 107 He will say, "Be quiet and say nothing." 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 But you took them for a laughingstock, so much so that they made you forget My Remembrance while you used to laugh at them! 110 Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]." 111 He shall say, 'How long have you tarried in the earth, by number of years?' 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He will say: 'You have tarried a little, did you know? 114 Did you, then, think that We created you in mere idle play, and that you would not have to return to Us?" 115 Exalted then be God, the King, the Real. There is no god but He, the Lord of the glorious throne. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And (O Muhammad) say: My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for Thou art Best of all who show mercy. 118
Almighty God's Truth.
