O Prophet! say unto thy wives and thy daughters and women of the believers that they should let down upon them their wrapping-garments. That would be more likely to distinguish them so that they will not be affronted. And Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those who have a disease in their hearts, and those who make a commotion in the City do not desist, We will surely urge you against them. Then they will be your neighbors for only a little (while), 60 They will be condemned wherever they are and will be sized and done away with for good. 61 This was the tradition of God with those who lived before. There will never be any change in the tradition of God. 62 (Muhammad), people ask you about the Day of Judgment. Say, "Only God has knowledge about it. Perhaps the Hour of Doom will soon come to pass." 63 Verily, Allah has cursed the disbelievers, and has prepared for them a flaming Fire (Hell). 64 To abide therein for a long time; they shall not find a protector or a helper. 65 On the day when their faces shall be turned back into the fire, they shall say: O would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Apostle! 66 They will say: "O our Lord, we obeyed our leaders and the elders, but they only led us astray. 67 O our Lord! give them a double punishment and curse them with a great curse. 68
