And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
