Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who creates and proportions, 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 We shall facilitate for you the Easy Way. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 and suffer the heat of the great fire 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
