Destiny (Al-Qadr)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
TRULY WE REVEALED it on the Night of Determination. 1 And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree? 2 The night of Power is better than a thousand months. 3 On (this night) the angels and grace descend by the dispensation of their Lord, for settling all affairs. 4 Peace it is, till the rising of dawn. 5
True are the words of God the Almighty.
