The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When Earth is shaken with her (final) earthquake 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 and man cries out, "What has happened to her?" 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
