The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The (unprecedented) crash! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 Raging Fire. 11
