Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
