۞ And Allah has said, "Do not take for yourselves two deities. He is but one God, so fear only Me." 51 To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and on earth, and to Him is duty due always: then will ye fear other than Allah? 52 Whatever favor you have is from Allah. Whenever you are afflicted you groan to Him. 53 Then when He removes the adversity from you, at once a party of you associates others with their Lord 54 In order to deny the favours We have given them; so enjoy a little; for you will soon come to know. 55 And they assign a portion of that which We have provided them unto what they know not (false deities). By Allah, you shall certainly be questioned about (all) that you used to fabricate. 56 And they assign daughters unto Allah! Glorified (and Exalted) be He above all that they associate with Him!. And unto themselves what they desire; 57 When the birth of a girl is announced to any of them, his face darkens and he is filled with gloom. 58 Because of the evil of the good news he hides himself from people, (pondering) whether he will keep her and be humiliated, or trample her into the dust. Evil is their judgement! 59 For those who believe not in the Hereafter is an evil description, and for Allah is the highest description. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. 60
