See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 Due to their ascribing of an offspring to the Most Gracious. 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 And We make (this Scripture) easy in thy tongue, (O Muhammad) only that thou mayst bear good tidings therewith unto those who ward off (evil), and warn therewith the froward folk. 97 How many generations have We laid low before them. Do you see any sign of them, or hear the least whisper of them? 98
