'Lord' said Moses, 'expand my chest, 25 And ease my task for me; 26 Unloose the knot upon my tongue, 27 That they may understand my speech, 28 Appoint for me a minister from my family 29 "Aaron, my brother; 30 by him confirm my strength, 31 Let him be my partner in this task 32 So shall we glorify Thee, 33 And remember You much. 34 Lo! Thou art ever Seeing us. 35 He said, “O Moosa, you have been granted your prayer.” 36 And certainly We bestowed on you a favor at another time; 37 When We inspired unto thy mother that which We inspired, 38 saying: "Put him in the box and cast it into the river. The river will cast him on to the bank, and he shall be taken up by an enemy of Mine and an enemy of his." I lavished My Love on you, and to be formed in My Sight. 39 "When your sister went and said: 'Shall I show you one who will nurse him?' So We restored you to your mother, that she might cool her eyes and she should not grieve. Then you did kill a man, but We saved you from great distress and tried you with a heavy trial. Then you stayed a number of years with the people of Madyan (Midian). Then you came here according to the fixed term which I ordained (for you), O Musa (Moses)! 40 "And I have Istana'tuka, for Myself. 41 "Go forth, [then,] thou and thy brother, with My messages, and never tire of remembering Me: 42 Go, both of you, unto Pharaoh. Lo! he hath transgressed (the bounds). 43 And speak to him with gentle speech that perhaps he may be reminded or fear [Allah]." 44 They both submitted, “Our Lord – indeed we fear that he may oppress us or deal mischievously.” 45 He replied: 'Have no fear I shall be with you, both hearing and seeing. 46 They came to the Pharaoh and told him that they were the Messengerss of his Lord and that they wanted him to let the Israelites go with them and stop afflicting the Israelites with torment. They told the Pharaoh, "We have brought miracles from Our Creator. Peace be with those who follow the right guidance. 47 It is revealed to us that a punishment will fall on those who belie and turn away." 48 He (Pharaoh) said: 'Moses, who is the Lord of you both' 49 (Moses) said: "Our Lord is He who gave everything its natural form and directed it." 50 Pharaoh asked: "Then, what is the state of the former generations?" 51 Moses said, "My Lord alone has knowledge of that, recorded in a Book. My Lord neither errs nor forgets." 52 It is He who has laid out the earth for you and traced routes in it and sent down water from the sky. We have brought forth every sort of plant with it, 53 Eat (for yourselves) and pasture your cattle: verily, in this are Signs for men endued with understanding. 54
