۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
