The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the angels ranged in ranks. 1 Then those who drive away with reproof, 2 and those who recite the Exhortation; 3 Verily your God is One. 4 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and of all that is between them, and the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise! 5 We have indeed adorned the lowest heaven with stars as ornaments. 6 and guarded it against all rebellious devils: 7 They cannot listen to the Highest Chiefs for they are pelted from every side, 8 and are repelled. Theirs is an unceasing chastisement. 9 Except one who sometimes steals a part, so a blazing flame goes after him. 10 AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? - for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! 11 Nay, thou marvellest; and they scoff 12 and when they are reminded [of the truth,] they refuse to take it to heart; 13 and whenever they see some sign, they ridicule it, 14 And say, "This is not but obvious magic. 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 along with our forefathers?" 17 Say, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible." 18 The Day of Judgment will come within a single roar and they will remain gazing at it. 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 This is the Day of Separation, which ye used to deny. 21
