We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
