Nooh 2 of 2
Noah said, "My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss. 21 And they contrived a plot of great magnitude, 22 They said: “Do not abandon your deities; do not abandon Wadd, nor Suwa, nor Yaghuth, nor Yauq, nor Nasr. 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 They were drowned and sent to Hell for their misdeeds; they found no one to help them against God. 25 And Noah prayed: "O my Sustainer! Leave not on earth any of those who deny the truth: 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who enters my house believing, and the believing men and the believing women; and do not increase the unjust in aught but destruction! 28
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
