[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 High has He reared its vault and formed it in accordance with what it was meant to be; 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 He brought out its water and its pastures from it, 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 On the day when the great calamity comes, 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
