The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 [O Prophet!] We shall make you recite the Quran so that you will not forget any of it -- 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Neither dying therein nor living. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
