The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 Then those that make raids at morn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
