The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By (the Token of) Time (through the ages), 1 Surely, the human is in a (state of) loss, 2 Except those who believe and do good, and enjoin on each other truth, and enjoin on each other patience. 3

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
