"Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 We shall remove all hatred from their breasts and make them as brothers reclining on thrones facing one another. 47 "No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave it." 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 He said: bear ye me glad tidings when old age hath touched me? of what then ye bear me glad tidings? 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said, "No one despairs of the mercy of his Lord except those who are in error. 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty 58 “Except the family of Lut; we shall rescue all of them.” 59 Except his wife, of whom We had decreed that she should be of those who stay behind. 60
