Initiator (Faater)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Praise belongs to God, Originator of the heavens and earth, who appointed the angels to be messengers having wings two, three and four, increasing creation as He wills. Surely God is powerful over everything. 1 No one can withhold the blessings God bestows upon people, nor can anyone apart from Him bestow whatever He withholds: He is the Almighty, the Wise One. 2 O men, remember God's blessing upon you; is there any creator, apart from God, who provides for you out of heaven and earth? There is no god but He: how then are you perverted? 3 (O Prophet), (there is nothing novel in it) if they cry lies to you; Messengers before you were also cried lies to. To Allah shall all matters be sent back. 4 O you people, the promise of God is true. So do not let the life of this world delude you, nor let that (arch) deceiver deceive you about God. 5 Surely the Shaitan is your enemy, so take him for an enemy; he only invites his party that they may be inmates of the burning 6 [seeing that] for those who are bent on denying the truth there is suffering severe in store, just as for those who have attained to faith and do righteous deeds there is forgiveness of sins, and a great reward. 7
