The righteous (will be) amid gardens and fountains (of clear-flowing water). 45 Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 There, no fatigue shall smite them, nor shall they ever be driven from it' 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is a painful punishment. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 They said: Be not afraid, surely we give you the good news of a boy, possessing knowledge. 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said: And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord but the erring ones? 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 (All) save the family of Lot. Them we shall deliver every one, 59 "Other than his wife who, it is decreed, will remain with those who will stay behind." 60
