Did you (O Muhammad SAW) observe him who turned away (from Islam). 33 Gives a little, then hardens (his heart)? 34 Does he possess the knowledge of the Unseen, and therefore he sees? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 And of Abraham who fulfilled his trust? -- 37 To wit, that a burthened soul shall not bear the burthen of another. 38 That a man receives but only that for which he strives; 39 And that his endeavour shall be presently observed. 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 and that the final end is unto thy Lord, 42 And that it is He Who causeth to laugh and causeth to weep. 43 And He who ordains death and life; 44 And that He (Allah) creates the pairs, male and female, 45 From the small seed when it is adapted 46 And that He hath ordained the second bringing forth; 47 It is He who grants people temporary and durable wealth. 48 And that He only is the Lord of the star Sirius? 49 And that it is He (Allah) Who destroyed the former 'Ad (people), 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 And the people of Nuh before; surely they were most unjust and inordinate; 52 And He overthrew the Cities of the Plain, 53 So they were covered with whatever covered them? 54 Which then of thy Lord's benefits wilt thou doubt? 55 This (Muhammad SAW) is a warner (Messenger) of the (series of) warners (Messengers) of old. 56 The Approaching Day has approached. 57 None besides Allah can avert it, (or advance it, or delay it). 58 So are you surprised at this fact? 59 And laugh and not weep, 60 while you are thoughtless? 61 Prostrate yourselves before God, and worship Him alone! ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
