The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the Fig and the Olive, 1 And by oath of Mount Sinai, 2 And this city made secure, 3 That We created man of finest possibilities, 4 then We restored him the lowest of the low -- 5 except for those who believe and do good deeds -- theirs shall be an unending reward! 6 So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8
