The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Striking sparks of fire 2 And raiding at dawn 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
