The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
