Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the higher Assembly when they discussed it among themselves. 69 'Only this has been revealed to me: that I am to give warning plainly and publicly." 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 Thereupon the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together, 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 The Lord said: “O Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself before him whom I created of My Two Hands. Are you waxing proud, or fancy yourself to be too exalted?” 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said: "O Lord, give me respite till the day the dead rise from their graves." 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 until the day of the known time.' 81 He said: by Thy majesty, then, I shall surely seduce them, all. 82 except those of Your servants, the chosen ones from amongst them.” 83 (God) said: "This is right by Me, and what I say is right. 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say: "I do not ask any compensation of you for it, nor am I a specious pretender. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 and you will most certainly grasp its purport after a lapse of time!" 88
