Al-Qamar 3 of 3

To the People of Pharaoh, too, aforetime, came Warners (from Allah). 41 The (people) rejected all Our Signs; but We seized them with such Penalty (as comes) from One Exalted in Power, able to carry out His Will. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scripture? 43 Or do they say: 'We are a gathering that will be victorious' 44 Soon shall this legion be routed and shall turn their backs and flee. 45 Indeed, the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Last Hour will be the most severe, and the most bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are misguided and insane. 47 On that Day they will be dragged into the fire faces foremost, (and told:) "Taste the feel of Hell." 48 We have created everything to fulfill a certain purpose. 49 And Our command is but one (word) swift as the winking of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 And everything they did is in written records. 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 Surely the godfearing shall dwell amid gardens and a river 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
