The people of Nooh denied the Noble Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you any reward for it; my reward is only with the Lord of the worlds: 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
