The News (Al-Naba')
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej) before The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ What do they quarrel about? 1 About the great news, (i.e. Islamic Monotheism, the Quran, which Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) brought and the Day of Resurrection, etc.), 2 that they are in utter disagreement? 3 But they will soon come to know. 4 Nay, again, they will come to know! 5 Have We not made the earth an even expanse? 6 and the mountains as pegs? 7 And We created you in pairs, 8 and We made your sleep a rest, 9 and the night as a cover, 10 And have appointed the day for livelihood. 11 And We have built above you seven strong (heavens), 12 And placed (therein) a Light of Splendour? 13 and have sent down out of the rainclouds water cascading 14 Thereby to produce grain and plant, 15 and thick gardens grow? 16 Surely, the Day of Judgement has an appointed time. 17 The Day when the Trumpet will be blown, and you shall come forth in crowds (groups); 18 and when the sky shall be opened up and will become all doors; 19 The mountains put in motion turning into a mirage. 20 [On that Day,] verily, hell will lie in wait [for those who deny the truth] 21 For the transgressors a place of destination: 22 They will dwell therein for ages. 23 They shall not taste therein cool nor drink 24 Save a boiling fluid and a fluid, dark, murky, intensely cold, 25 Recompense fitted! 26 For verily, they used not to look for a reckoning. 27 But they (impudently) treated Our Signs as false. 28 We have kept account of everything in a book. 29 'Taste! We shall increase you not save in chastisement.' 30

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
