The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We shall make you to recite (the Quran), so you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) shall not forget (it), 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves, 14 And glorify the name of their Guardian-Lord, and (lift their hearts) in prayer. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
