Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad], 36 towards thee on the right hand and on the left hand in knots? 37 Does every person among them aspire to enter a garden of pleasure? 38 Not at all, for We have created them of what they know. 39 But nay! I call to witness the Lord of the Easts and the Wests, that We have the power 40 To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone. 41 (Muhammad), leave them alone to dispute and play until they face the Day with which they have been threatened: 42 the Day when they shall come out of their graves in haste, as if they were racing to a goal, 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
