The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the Occurrence occurs, 1 There is no belying its coming to pass-- 2 (Many) will it bring low; (many) will it exalt; 3 This will happen when the earth is shaken, shaken 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 and become a dust, scattered, 6 On that day, you (mankind) will be divided into three groups: 7 Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 8 And those on the left hand; how miserable shall those on the left hand be! 9 And the preceders are the preceders. 10 those are they brought near (to their Lord) 11 In the gardens of bliss. 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 and only a few of them from the later generations. 14 They will recline on jewelled couches 15 facing one another. 16 Youths of never-ending bloom will pass round to them 17 Cups and decanters, beakers full of sparkling wine, 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 with fruits of their own choice 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire. 21 And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes, 22 Like unto hidden pearls, 23 All this shall be theirs as a reward for their deeds. 24 They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin - 25 Except the saying, “Peace, peace.” 26 The Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 27 They will be in (the shade) of thornless lote 28 Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, 29 In shade long-extended, 30 and waters gushing, 31 And plenty of fruits. 32 unfailing, unforbidden, 33 And couches raised up. 34 We have indeed developed these women with an excellent development. 35 And have made them virgins. 36 Loving, of equal age. 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
