The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; 2 The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 3 Lord of the Day of Judgment! 4 You (Alone) we worship, and you (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). 5 Guide us to the straight path - 6 the path of those whom Thou hast blessed, not of those against whom Thou art wrathful, nor of those who are astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
