The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
