Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the heaven is cleft asunder. 1 when the stars are scattered, 2 when the oceans are gushed forth, 3 And the sepulchres are overturned, 4 every soul will see the result of its deeds - those recorded before his death and those which will produce either virtue or evil after his death. 5 Human being, what evil has deceived you about your Gracious Lord, 6 Who created you proportionately and fashioned you 7 and set you in whatever form He pleased? 8 No! But you deny the Recompense. 9 And most surely there are keepers over you 10 Kind and honourable,- Writing down (your deeds): 11 who know what you do. 12 As for the Righteous, they will be in bliss; 13 The wicked certainly in Hell: 14 They will enter it on the Day of Justice. 15 and from which they will find no escape. 16 And what do you know – of what sort is the Day of Justice! 17 Again: what will make you realize what the Day of Judgement will be? 18 A day when no soul shall possess aught to succour another soul; that day the Command shall belong unto God. 19
