Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
