The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 and all that is [hidden] in men's hearts is bared 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
