Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11
