Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7
Almighty Allah's Truth.
